There are two ways that you can add members to your team.
- You can invite them to join, or
- You can allow anyone that uses a specific email domain to join your team.
Inviting Others to Join
Only a Team Admin can invite others to join a team. Once the recipient of the invitation agrees, they will be automatically added as a Team Member.
You can send invites to:
- Existing Glitch users, or
- Specific email addresses
Here's how to invite someone to join your team:
- On the team page, click the Add button located under the team name.
- Enter the Glitch username or email belonging to the person that you want to join your team.
- When you add someone, the invite will be automatically emailed to them. Here's what this invite looks like:
Here's how to allow anyone that uses a specific email domain to join your team:
- On the team page, click the Add button located under the team name.
- Enter the email domain that you would like to allow. (for example, @super-cool.com)
- This option will not work for popular email domains that are available to be used by the public, for example @gmail.com
- Now, anyone that has a valid email with that domain will see a Join Team button when they visit the team page.
- In order to officially join the team, the user will need to click the Join Team button. After that, their avatar will appear on the team page.
