Ugh! That feeling when you can’t figure out your password! So….frustrating…


The first thing to keep in mind is that using a password on Glitch is optional. So, if you did not create a password previously, you won't be able to use this feature until you set up a password in your Account Settings first.


If you are sure that you set up a password previously, but can't remember it now, don’t worry! If you know the email that is linked to your Glitch account, you can quickly reset your password.




To reset your password:
1. Click Log In.
2. Click Password.
3. Click Forgot Password.
4. Enter the email that is associated with your Glitch account.


If the email address that you enter is in our system, you will receive a Reset your password on Glitch email from us. Follow the instructions in the email to assign a new password to your account.


If clicking the Forgot Password or Reset Password buttons directs you to the home page, this means that you have not set up a password for the account.


If you cannot remember the email that is associated with your Glitch account, or no longer have access to it, please send us a support request.  We will do our best to help you recover your account.
